Underfloor heating castellated panels, also known as egg-crate panels, are an innovative solution used to simplify the installation of underfloor heating pipes, particularly in systems where flexibility and secure pipe placement are crucial. These panels are characterised by their distinctive nodular or castellated surface pattern that helps to hold heating pipes or tubes in place.

Advantages of Using Castellated Panels

Castellated Panels can be neatly overlapped to create a fully interlocking continuous grid floor panel ready for the pipes which can be fixed at 100, 150, 200 and 250mm pipe centres.
