The Pinnacle Electric Underfloor Heating Mat is a very high-quality product. The tough red PVC cable is only 4mm in diameter and is mounted to a superior self adhesive mesh. The cable has a 360° fully screened earth sheath for the ultimate in safety, especially in wet areas. Its round profile, robust construction and low height ensures a fast, simple and safe installation which is perfect for renovating existing floors. All Pinnacle Underfloor Heating Mats can work with tiles and many other floor coverings (installation methods differ, please call us for advice).

To ensure absolute peace of mind, all Pinnacle Underfloor Heating Mats come with a 12 Year warranty. All the underfloor heating mats are minutely inspected including tests for Ohmic resistance, high voltage and material controls to ensure your product is of the highest quality.

Please ensure all Safety Guidelines are adhered to during, and after, installation of this product. Please be aware, we advise you choose a underfloor heating mat that covers 90% of your floor area. You CAN NOT cut the cables, therefore, it is best to order slightly less than you need.

Floor Coverings

Floor Finishes and Coverings

All Pinnacle Underfloor Heating Mats can work with many floor finishes and coverings.

Vinyl – Fully encapsulate the Pinnacle Mat within a 10mm bed of flexible smoothing compound, to provide minimum of 5mm coverage above the top of the heating element, prior to the vinyl floor finish being laid.

Tile/Stone – Fully encapsulate the Pinnacle Mat within either a flexible smoothing compound or flexible tile adhesive, prior to the tile / floor finish being laid. Pinnacle recommends the use of a plastic trowel when laying tile adhesive, to protect the underfloor heating cable from accidental damage.

Carpet – Fully encapsulate the Pinnacle Mat within a 10mm bed of flexible smoothing compound, to provide a minimum of 5mm above the top of the heating element., prior to the carpet floor finish being laid. Avoid rubber or foam backed carpets. Please check with the carpet manufacturer to ensure the carpet is suitable for underfloor heating.

Timber – Fully encapsulate the Pinnacle Mat within a nominal 10mm bed of flexible smoothing compound layer, prior to the timber floor finish being laid. When installing natural wood floors it is recommended that soft wood floors should not exceed 20mm in thickness, hard wood floors should not exceed 30mm in thickness.


Free delivery (2-3 day service) will be offered as standard* on orders over £25 for our heating products to any UK mainland address.  If the order requires delivery via a pallet, the service will be free 2-3 working day delivery and shown at checkout.

Please note: this service excludes Ireland, Northern Ireland, Èire and the Scottish Highlands. Further to our standard delivery service, we are also able to offer a pre-10:30 am delivery service on any working day. However, this level of carriage does come with an added cost:

To qualify for Next Working Day Delivery or Next Working Day pre 10.30am , you must submit your order to us before 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Our Next Working Day Delivery Service excludes pallet deliveries.

If your order is placed after the 3:30 pm cut-off on a Friday, it will be despatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery. Bank holidays are considered non-working days and will be treated as such. 

Here at Cli-Mate, we make sure that all efforts are made to ensure that you receive your order on the next available working day.

If the order requires delivery via a pallet, the service will be free on a 2-3 working days delivery and shown at checkout. 

If a pallet delivery is required for your order (typically large bulky items, coils of 500m pipe, Overlay Panels, Insulation) have you considered the following:

  1. Are there any access issues leading to you delivery point, can you fit a 18t vehicle to you location?
  2. Do you have your own facilities to off load? If not do you require a Tail Lift and Pump Truck?
  3. Our vehicles will only unload  kerb side, if you have a gravel drive way this will be left where the driver is able to unload with Tail Lift (if requested).

Please note: whilst we maintain strong relationships with our couriers and will do everything we can to ensure your delivery is with you the next working day (excluding pallet deliveries), some circumstances are beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or unusual events. This may lead to unavoidable disruption to your delivery’s arrival date. We will not be held responsible for any costs that are incurred as a result of delayed delivery, and it is recommended that customers ensure the materials required by their contractors are on site prior to the commencement of any work. 

We are here to help. As such, in the case that your product has been delayed, we will use our tracking service to help keep you informed and up to date of the estimated time and date of your delivery.

We can deliver to the Scottish Highlands, additional charges do apply and will be calculated at checkout.  Due to increasing custom charges we no longer ship to Ireland. If you require your order to be shipped to Northern Ireland or Ireland, arrangements can be made by prior agreement, please contact 01284 339669 to discuss with an account manager.

If you wish to collect your order from our warehouse, this must be done by prior arrangement, and collection can only be made once you have confirmation from our team that your goods are ready. Please do not turn up at our warehouse without prior arrangement and confirmation as you may be disappointed and turned away whilst your order is collated, and a collection time agreed.
